More than 4 decades producing quality
Established in 1982
Since from its landmarks, VMCom recognized the opportunity to generate highly targeted content for healthcare professionals. Consequently, the events were conceived and developed—now market leaders—that reached target markets backed by prominent scientific publications, such as ImplantNews. At the same time, the VMCom events have served as a vital link connecting the industry, importers, and distributors with academia, as well as specialists and thousands of dental surgeons—all highly qualified consumers.
More than 400 real-time events
Our portfolio brings milestones such as the IN series – Latin American Osseointegration Congress, the world’s premier event focused on implant-based Oral Rehabilitation; the Orto-SPO series, now in its 24th edition, which stands as the largest event in Latin America for Orthodontic specialists; the newest venture, Index – Innovation Dental Exhibition, with two editions successfully held in 2023 and 2025. Driven by its mission to demystify the use of digital technologies in Dentistry, INDEX is set to become the flagship event of the portfolio starting with the 2027 edition at the Anhembi Pavilion. Upcoming project: StartNow Odonto – Successful Careers in Dentistry. This is an annual summit for undergraduates and recent graduates, showcasing success stories across diverse professional career pathways.
The scientific publications that have impacted Dentistry
Its content division, VM Cultural, has edited a great deal of high-segmented, important publications, such as ImplantNews, ImplantNews, PróteseNews, PerioNews, OrtodontiaSPO, FACE as well as Sorrisos Brasileiros. Overall, more than 300 editions were provided, summing up more than 44,000 thousand pages, more than 2,600 scientific articles and almost 2,4 million hard copies published.
Digital platform with interactive content
The content from past events and published journals, alongside clinical insights from 20 expert columnists and articles on applied technologies from leading companies operating in Brazil, will be featured on the interactive pages of the Odonto1 Platform—a digital ecosystem currently under development for its 2027 debut, aiming to become a premier source for real-time professional development in Brazilian Dentistry.
